Building a Brand

We have a factory with 25 years of experience in suit manufacturing and professional workwear. Studio designers are welcome to provide design sketches; our factory will provide mass production.

Customizing Suit Process

A professional tailor takes meticulous measurements of the customer, using a soft measuring tape to measure key dimensions such as shoulder width, chest circumference, and waist circumference.
Based on the measurements and the customer’s needs, the designer sketches the suit design on paper, including details such as collar type, cuffs, and pockets. Different fabric samples are displayed on the table.
The customer selects suit fabrics in the fabric display area, touching the texture with their fingers. Sales staff explain the fabric’s material, thread count, and characteristics. The display racks are filled with fabrics of various colors and textures.

The tailor marks the fabric with chalk according to the design drawings and dimensions, then prepares to cut with scissors.
The sewing worker focuses intently on sewing the suit pieces at the sewing machine, manipulating the fabric with both hands as the sewing machine needles rapidly sew the front and back pieces of the suit.
The semi-finished suit is tried on and adjusted. The customer wears the unfinished suit, and the tailor uses pins to adjust the tightness of the shoulders and waist to ensure a proper fit.
